Business visa

Hi, I was working in Qatar from last 6 years, august, 2016 I went for vacation and didn't come back to Qatar, my ID got expired on 11,nov 2016.

But my visa is not cancelled yet.

Currently m in Qatar on business visa and this visa I got after submitting the NOC. And now my previous sponsor is not ready to cancel my visa.

I have job offer from another company so can I get the employment visa or there will be banned on me?

Or if I open my own business here in Qatar, in that condition also there will be banned on me?
