Does business visa holder require exit permit from its sponsor?
my friend is on a business visa now he wants to go back before his visa expires? can anyone advice, if he require to take the exit permit from his sponsor? if yes, is there any way that he can check ithe exit is approved online?
I can see moi site, to check the exit approval, but it is asking ID no!! He has no ID no, as he is on a business visa, any advice how to chek it online?
His sponsor,, PRO is not reachable at all!!! hence asking you all the solution.. ticket is on 30 May...2017.
If he is in his first month and exiting without renewal then no need for exit permit.
If his business visa is already renewed to second or more months then definitely need leave permit to exit the country and it needs to be done by his sponsor himself or by his PRO.
