hello, im 22, my father whose my sponsor wont let me leave qatar, i have a job in india, i need to leave as soon as poasible.i have my ticket and passport but no exit permit.i need help.i dont really want to comeback to qatar.anything will do.
p.s. i dont need a lesson in moral science.i need help on this.

is there a new rule about the exit permit ? and how long will ot take to get aprroved.

i think you can apply for exit permit by your self at the ministry web service site. Wait to see If your exit permit is approved, then you may leave. If not approved, you may appeal legally thru the ministry.
I was under the impresssion that you didn't need an exit permit anymore - My suggestion would be to contact Immigration ..
Be wary , that once you leave, your father may block you from returning
