Contract

Dear Friends,

I wanted to change the job, They ready to give NOC(not transferable, current employer wil cancel visa and give the NOC, new employer will give new visa),Problems is Company made 2 contract, 1 is at joining time in Nov 2015, another one is July 2016 after salary revision, As i know i can change the job after 1 year with NOC, Ministry will calculate which date? 1st contract date or 2nd contract date, Few people say they calculate 2nd contract date. it means i cannot change the job?

EVEN THOUGH CONTRACT CHANGED MANY TIME BUT DOJ MENTION IN CONTRACT THE DATE THAT YOU STARTED IN THAT COMPANY
