My hotel fine meif i resign in probation, is that legal?

I need to resign immediately, i am new and still in probation period.

I have talk to hr and they said I have to pay for the ticket and visa for bringging me here,i havent go through med check and qatar id yet. I cannot cover all the money for that penalty.

Is that legal for them to fine me like that in probation?

Please help my family really need me baack there
