House Rent Deposit-Move Out Deductions

Hi Greetings to all,

I would like to ask for any information to which government authority we can raise a complain against house rent deposit deductions. The amount for the deductions of moving out was so enormous and very disappointing. Any positive feedback will be appreciated..

Nothing positive .. This ploy is used by agents / landlords to fleece the tenenats

There is an office located close to Holiday Villa that may be able to help you out. The name of the office is possibly "Rental Disputes Settlement....(I do not remember its full name now.) If you are coming down C Ring Road from the Gulf Cinema side, turn right at the Holiday Villa signal. You will see the office on your left side just 200 meters down the road. Trust this helps.
