Any one has a marketing plan and budget plan of a product

please help me friends and work colleagues, who have a marketing plan of a product you have launced in Qatar and other countries. Its might be a plan which you have already executed, so can u share it as i want to adapt the template and budgetary plans which you have adopted and planned accordingly.
