Keep Your Skin Glowing in the Winter Months of Qatar

The weather is changing and as it becomes colder in Qatar, the air is getting drier, too, and so is our skin.  As a result, the natural lipid layer on our skin starts to wear off, and the skin takes on a flaky, dry look and feel that if left untreated may become itchy and start to crack or become inflamed. So, if we want to maintain the natural glow of our skin during the winter months in Qatar, we just need to follow the teps given below:

1.      Drink plenty of water. Water hydrates the skin leaving it soft, supple and you will look younger for longer.

2.      Use plenty of moisturizer, but keep in mind that a moisturizer you may have used in the summer months in Qatar, may not work quite as well during the winter. Change your moisturizer and make sure to use one that is suitable for the dry, winter weather.

3.      Do not take long, hot or shower that will only deplete the skin’s lipid barriers of moisture and natural oils. It will also make your hair dry and dull. Take lukewarm baths or showers and don’t stay in the water too long.

4.      Aloe vera is a very good moisturizer on dry skin because the acids in it destroy dead skin cells and aid in the skin’s healing process. Try to use a moisturizer that contains aloe vera and feel the difference in the texture of your skin.

5.      Invest in a humidifier to moisten the dry air and disperse it evenly in your home or workplace. This will replenish your skin and relieve dry, flaky or itchy skin leaving it soft, and healthy.

6.      Sunscreen is not just for the summer, so don’t stop using it just because it’s winter. The sun in the winter can also harm your skin; sunscreen should be applied to your face and other exposed parts of your body if you plan to spend lots of time outdoors.

7.      A healthy, balanced diet will keep your skin smooth and supple. Eat healthy fats like omega-3 (walnuts, walnut oil, flaxseed oil) and omega-6 (blackcurrant oil, evening primrose oil and borage oil) and also found in many foods. Drink more water-based foods like soups, and try to pass up on too many dry foods that may dry out the skin.

8.       If you want your hands and feet to feel soft, moisturize them with the right skin care products and put on socks and gloves made of a thin fabric while you sleep.

The simple way of getting glowing skin and moiturising the skin is applying dermalmd's glowing serum.Seems to be promising product, some results visible after 4-5 days. However this is my first purchase will like to use it further as well.
