Ø  Manage and control all QA/QC activities at different project sites and company departments through Qualified QA/QC engineers and inspector’s team. Development of manpower deployment schedules for projects

Ø  Evaluation of supplier’s performance. Coordinating with vendors/subcontractors & enhancing the operations to achieve required quality level.  

Ø  Managed QA/QC activities starting from tender stage, design, installation, T & C and Final Handover documents, related to Piping, structural, electrical, civil and Architectural works for oil & gas projects

Ø  Managed QA/QC activities for Fabrication and erection of piping works, Fit and welding activities (SMAW, GTAW GMAW and SAW Process), Managed NDT activities such as RT/PT/MT/UT as per ASME standards.

Monitored Preheating, PWHT for Stress relieving and verification of PWHT charts, hardness value for pipes. Monitored P.M.I & Ferrite content test to identify materials such as alloy (P-11/22etc.), stainless steel. Monitored hydro testing, pneumatic testing, air and steam blowing, flushing & chemical cleaning activities for piping works. Managed Painting, insulation & cladding inspection for piping/tank/duct/pump/stack and managed inspections for rotary & static equipment’s i.e. pump, water/air cooled chiller, cooling tower, filtration unit, EOT Cranes, chemical dosing unit, Tank etc.

Piping system (GI & GRP) for above ground & Underground, sprinkler system, deluge system, pre-action system, breeching inlet, fire hydrant, portable fire extinguisher, CO2 fire extinguishing system, fire hose reel cabinet, Fire pumps & FM-200 system as per NFPA standard, drawing, MS/ITP and Specification.

Ø  Experience in Managing QA/QC activities for HVAC System i.e. AHU, CRAC unit, FCU, Exhaust Fan, Primary/secondary/condenser pump, split unit, Fire damper, DRV, 2 & 3 way valve, volume damper, Access door, diffuser, metal duct, Flexible duct connector, as per SMACNA code, ASHRAE, shop drawing, flow diagram, MS & ITP,T&C Procedure.
