OOREDOO Service not responding for complain which we made
I relay not happy with your Ooredoo qatar service we have resisted a complain regarding the our Land line service and Internet Fax line service interrupted from 19th October 2016 today 05th November 2016 until now our phone line and services not fixed by your ooredoo service provider its very bad to hear every time we contact customer care they will repeat the same recording like today we will fix our service will be coming today this are the reply we are getting daily it very bad service i have seen the ooredoo qatar get Mideast best service provider award but i don't think ooredoo qatar is an best service provider it’s a wast service provider in gulf please i think you should understand my filings and i don't need to write more about the service provided find below my complain number details
