Qatar to celebrate third edition of Color Run on January 28

The Color Run will be coming back to Qatar again in 2017 following a huge success earlier this year. Qatar Living was the official community partner for the 2016 edition.

The third edition of the Color Run will be celebrated on January 28, 2017, at the Qatar National Convention Centre (QNCC). The event, presented by Sahtak Awalan: Your Health First, is expected to once again attract thousands of people.

Registered runners are encouraged to arrive at the QNCC at around 7am, with the first wave set to go off at 8.30am.

Color runners will get to experience a lively island-style experience, complete with lots of color and fun, as they run, walk, dance, jog or even skip through the 5km course with their family and friends. At every kilometer mark, they will be doused with even more color.

the Color Run encourages and empowers participants of all ages and abilities to focus on being healthy and happy in a relaxed running environment.

Once the runners complete the course, they will be able to continue with the festivities at the memorable Finish Festival, a larger than life party, with Rainbow beach, an interactive island featuring music, dance, photo opportunities, entertainment and sponsored activities

Once runners have registered for the event, they will receive a tropical, new style T-shirt, funky embroidered headband, fun tattoos and a tropical flower 'lei'.
