I'm working in a company for 11 months now and got pregnant. Can my company terminate me?

According to the labour law in Qatar working women are entitled to 50 days paid maternity leave, provided they have worked for their employer for a full year.

HOWEVER - some companies terminate you prior to a year for other reasons to get round this.

What reason has your company given for the termination...
