Arabic Data in Qatari VISA

Hey guys
one of my new mates who is Algerian and expected to arrive soon to Doha has a problem

his work visa has been issued and it seems perfect but only his first name in the Arabic section

his first name there was typed without its last letter

does it considered a big deal and need to be fixed ??

or the English data in the issued visa ((which are all perfect and well-matched in compare to his passport data)) are officially enough for the customs and airport officials ?

Ask him to discuss it with his employer. If required, the correction could be made within one day.
