Dear Sir/ Madam
I am Sujan Tamang from Nepal, working as a Cashier at Lulu Hypermarket Gharafa. I joined with Lulu on 2011 june 18 and my Qatar ID number is: 29052416628. I am writing this letter to make complaints against my company that my company is not giving me exit permit from qatar even they took my Qatar ID for cancellation on august 28, when i filed my resignation letter on august 23, 2016 to them. I filed my resignation letter for sep 05 cause our company take time for processing. But they didn't send me home an exact date and my company telling me to wait until Eid Eftar finished then they will send. After Eid my secretary who process my resignation, he told me i have a tickets for September 23. So i need to collect my all settlement on September 22 at night. I collect my settlement and they charged me QR.600 for the visa coz my visa will expire on next June 18, 2017. But that day they didn't provide me any tickets or even my passport. Its been 7 days till now i am regularly going my office to asked my passport and tickets but they always making reason that my passport is not coming from central office which is located at Dring Road Doha and my tickets as well. I went my central office also and they are telling me to wait some days again cause no tickets until now. They are not taking seriously on my case and holding me here for no reason. They are wasting my time without any work, wages or even food. I am requesting you through this letter please Sir/ Madam help me to get my passport and tickets. I will be very thankful with you. Sujan: Who would you like to believe? Comments of 3 sensible persons or the one from a person who writes for the sake of writing. He asked you to be patient till the manager finishes solving his family problems! Ha! Ha!

I am really surprised that an organization such as LuLu would be doing something like this. Suggest you go to Human Rights office and seek their guidance. They will help you out. .
It is illegal for them to keep your passport . Go to the human rights commission ..
Why would a company like act I such a manner ?
