Query
I just want to ask somebody to comments on the below situation;
- I already working and transferred my Visa to other company last April 2016.
- I was released by my previous company and since then our Operations Manager is always bothering me about other projects having Punch List (For rectification) that need to be resolved. He was telling that the losses money on the said project should be recovered to me. He was also telling that he will give my details to my previous company's sponsor to file a case against me.
- He was telling that as an Engineer i am fully liable on the said projects for all the losses.
- Is it true that they can fiel a case against me since i already working and transferred my visa to other company.
- Please advise.

Tell him to go screw himself
To my knowledge, once you have transferred to your new employer all your relationship with your previous employer ceases. I guess these are simply dummy threats which carry little weight.
