As ideas go, this one is a doozie:
A group of topless women have been employed by a Russian village to help out at an accident blackspot.
Carrying 60km and 40km speed limit signs, it is hoped they will raise enough awareness to cut the country’s high death toll on the roads – 30,000 a year.
It has been found that ‘most speeding drivers, the majority of whom happened to be men, slowed down to admire the female road safety assistants.’
No cars crashed because of distraction during the initiative.
One of the models who stripped off for the experiment said: ‘Our drivers usually do not slow down when they pass a village or a settlement even though their are speed limit signs by the road.
So we have to make them do it.’
A male driver said: ‘It’s super thing, amazing. I’d like to see more of this by the road, and yes I looked at speed limit sign this time. It will teach other drivers too.’
Igor Mikhailushkin, head of the regional police press service in Nizhny Novgorod region, where the experiment took place, said: ‘We have organised similar installations this and last year trying to make the drivers obey the speed limit.

Women should dress modest? Why? Because men will be tempted. Oh, what a poor group of humanimals those men are.
With "us"? No, with the sick men who pretend to be the guardians of everything in life, elders of a village, religious leaders, and even politicians in some countries. It's all meant to control their 'property' because they are such weak individuals that they are afraid to lose their property when someone better comes along. It reminds me a lot of the behavior of animals!
And the other aspect of morality in eastern countries are corruption, illiteracy. high infant mortality rate, food adulteration, religious extremism, lack of women rights, suppression of minorities etc .
WT . The problem with us is that we boast about morality, infact it is not but a tool to control a particular gender. While men can have hair cut, go swimming shirtless, have face uncovered, can drive etc but a women is denied all this in the name of morality.
In "the eastern" counties women are objects and properties, Mufti.
And in the eastern countries men can pose shirtless without any problem. Why not have same parameters for both the genders. It is not but misogyny.
In 2013, an estimated 6.3 million children under five died, 2.9 million of them in the WHO African Region. This is equivalent to five children under 5 years of age dying every minute. - who cares about 30,000 dying from over-speeding?

We slowed down so much that the cars behind started flashing and hornking at us and we were giving them blank stare...:)
oh and not to forget, when we saw Chin Tu Fat in the next round about we almost braked....:)
I remember Rizks and I cruising down the corniche and we saw Formatted Soul jogging .... We slowed down immediately and made sure we drove under the speed limit

No one would bother to even look let alone slow down. In the east ALL ladies are modestly dressed!

No, it cannot.
Such acts can only be thought of in countries such as the one mentioned in the post. Or in similar countries where the culture permits nudity on the streets, nightclubs, beaches and gardens,. In many eastern and African countries, century-old customs and traditions do not allow for women to show off their "assets" to everyone. And religion has nothing to do with this! Call these countries "backward" if you wish, but they are still far better in many ways.
Women, and their beauty, is valued in eastern countries and countries in Africa and exposing all of it is unacceptable in every way.
