tourist or business visa after my contract?

hi everyone, can i ask for advice because i will finish my contract this November and i want to change job. and because of the new law i heard that out company will let us to sign new contract with is 5 years and they are not giving NOC. i dont want to sign it i just want to extend til MAY 2017 and come back here as visit or tourist or business visa.. can i do that and if i will return to qatar for job do i still need NOC from my company? thank you...
