Vehicle free road permit!!!!
I have Nissan Sentra which was manufactured in 2013 yet i bought and registered it in july 2013 for the first time.
Just need to know upto when i can renew my road permit without vehicle inspection. i know it is first 3 years but do they start from year of manufacturing or year of first registration ?

From date of registration - All vehicles must be registered annually and once they are three years old they must pass an annual inspection in order to renew the vehicle's registration (Istimara).
Year of registration ............. you can do even for 4 years ............ ask me .......
