Full moon drumming on the beach

Interactive African drumming on the beach at Fuwairit! 

Barbecue fire, drums, cold water and a facilitated drumming session (and drums to use) provided. 

First part of session we warmup and learn basics of playing African djembe and some familiar rhythms. 
Second half we learn to play a simple version of Wassolonka (played for any celebration or festival), a traditional rhythm of the Malinke people of West Africa. 

Weather conditions on Friday will be ideal for drumming! Release stress and sweat off a few calories to the beat of the drums!

QAR100 per person. Children under 12 QAR50.
