My RP Cancelled ( no NOC provided ) , can i come back to Qatar on Business Visa ???

I am currently working here in Qatar, under an open-ended contract period from December 2015. My wife is also here working but we have a 1 year old baby (under her sponsorship).

I have just served for one year but I want to resign and cancel my RP. Is it possible that after exiting Qatar and getting my RP cancelled, can I come back under FAMILY VISIT VISA under my wife's sponsorship?

IF I CAN COME BACK UNDER FAMILY VISIT VISA, under the NEW LABOR LAW, is it possible, that after arriving here in Qatar, can I look for another job without any NOC from my previous employer?

I hope you can provide us with enlightenment as we are to decide on this important decision.

And everybody who knows Qatar will tell you that every law can be bent. It all depends on who you know.

Why do people insist on cheating the system..

The laws and rules are clear. We may not like them , but they exist.

Dear Sir,

You can come back on one month Tourist Visit Visa or 6 months Family Visit Visa but not on three month Business Visit Visa.
