Requirements:

Knowledge of Airline Reservation systems (Amadeus/Galileo) , world geography and major carrier networks to facilitate quick itinerary planning. Strong verbal and written English is essential. Interpersonal ability, telephone and customer service skills. Dealing with N. American tour operation expreince and experience in cargo transporation preferable.

Responsibilities 

The Travel/ Holidays Consultant is responsible for taking care of the responsibilities of promoting and selling of Travel products and services to the Public/Retail & Leisure Walk in clientele from a Retail travel outlet. Handling of direct Walk-in customers, enquiries through Telephone/email. Business target achiever and ensure smooth operations. within the organizational guidelines.
