Successful candidate will be responsible for: - All the secretatry works. - Helpdesk for the customers and answering phone calls. - Preparing the letters/faxes and corrospondences - Ditribute the income letters/faxes to concerned persons. - Taking care of all types of documents and trasnmittals / Project files / arrangment. - Helping the staff/ sales team to arrange the offers and income/outgoing transmittals. - Arranging the calenders and meetings for the Top Management.
