How to check if may name is black listed in Qatar

Dear QL Friends,
EID Mubarak to all.
I had worked in Qatar for two years and resigned (NOT TERMINATED), flew back home in March 2016, Iam was on Free Work Visa working for different company other than may sponsor, with out any documetns like contract, 6months paper etc.
Due to differences with my manager as he is not good person i left the job once i came to india he threatend me that he will black list my name by saying that i have taken money from the company. all he is telling is lies.
1. From which department to check my name is black listed or not??? Immigration ,CEID OR Police.
2. Can i enter Gcc Countries other than Qatar. if my name is blacklisted

Dear Sir,
Only the company on who's visa you were staying in Qatar can take legal action on you.
If the company were you were working illegally complains to police then first they will be in problem for making you work with them illegally, secondly the company who "sold" you visa will also be in problem.
Criminal Evidences and Information Department (CEID) = Ministry of Interior's Research & Follow Up branch = ادارة البحث والمتابعة are all one and same.

First we we would like know whether you were threaten by the manager of company you were working illegally or from the manager of the company on who's visa you were working in Qatar?
Believing that the company from were you "purchased" visa created problem then, yes, if Qatari gets involved then your case data base is shared by all GCC police & immigration dept. at airports.
Your personal data verification can be done at Ministry of Interior's Research & Follow Up branch.

Okay, back to the topic. You came to Qatar illegally (Free Visa). You will be lucky if you aren't black-listed,

Herein lies another problem .. Free visas are sold for profit and then monies charged for services like renewal etc

What do you mean with "free visa"? There is no such thing (legally).

If you have proof of his threats then report him to the CEID
Don't forgive your manager. "He is not good person."
CEID is the right place to confirm it.
