Description
Help in Ensuring all the documents and records of the IT plans, budgets, quality manuals, business processes, quality manuals, services, contracts are maintained, updated and authorized according to the agreed quality standards and controls.
Support in collecting and report IT KPIs, measures and customer feedback to the management and concerned parties on the agreed period of times
Maintain centralized IT DB for projects documents, plans, audit points, reports, presentation, business demands, performance indicators, and other useful documents as advised by IT management.
Perform the pre-defined calculations for the aggregated IT quality index and KPIs with the concerned parties and verify the results for accuracy.
Follow-up and coordinate the resolution status or escalation of IT problems related to quality, plans, project implementation customer complaints with the concerned parties.
Coordinate the activities and tasks required to fulfil internal and external auditing plans.
Assist and coordinate the preparation of proper documents, records and evidences for all business processes and areas as per the auditing programs requirements.
Follow-up and coordinate the resolution of the audit points/ findings with relevant to processes with the concerned parties
Verify the use of proper standard templates, forms and documents for budgeting, plans, presentations, reporting, and progress reports, and assist the IT staff on the use of the standard documents.
Use IT systems and tools to support the planning, process modelling, documentation, administration, reporting, performance measuring, auditing, and logging activities.
Follow-up ad co ordinate the implementation of the actions and improvements as per the improvement plans
Coordinate and facilitate IT internal and external review meetings to discuss the IT performance, business issues and progress plans, and document and circulate the agreed actions and minutes of meetings.
Monitor budget and expenditures of IT departments to ensure conformity to IT targets
Coordinate the IT communications within IT and external entities as per the agreed pre-defined policy
Coordinate the gathering of departmental and section reports’ information from different IT sections related to IT projects progress, plans, achievements, quality indicators, business issues and compile all information and submit reports to IT management and section heads on the agreed period of times.
Coordinate the training matters of the IT department with training institutes and concerned parties.
