I am urgently looking for the following positions:

Project Manager

1. Preferred nationality is Lebanese or Western.
2. Transferable visa with NOC is a must (for Qatar Residence applicant)
3. Experience should be 18 years and above.
4. Have Palace construction experience would be an advantage.
5. Possessing Degree in Civil Engineering or Architectural.
6. MMUP (Ministry of Municipality in Urban Planning) Licence is a must.

Construction Manager

1. Preferred nationality is Lebanese or Western.
2. Transferable visa with NOC is a must.
3. Experience should be 15 years and above.
4. Preferably with Palace construction experience.
5. Possessing Degree in Civil Engineering or Architectural.
6. MMUP (Ministry of Municipality in Urban Planning) Licence is a must.
7. Preferably residing in Qatar.

Senior Mechanical Engineer

1. Preferred nationality is Lebanese or Western.
2. Transferable visa with NOC is a must.
3. Experience should be 12 years and above.
4. Preferably with Palace construction experience.
5. Possessing Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
6. MMUP (Ministry of Municipality in Urban Planning) Licence is a must.
7. Preferably residing in Qatar.

Senior Electrical Engineer

1. Preferred nationality is Lebanese or Western.
2. Transferable visa with NOC is a must.
3. Experience should be 12 years and above.
4. Preferably with Palace construction experience.
5. Possessing Degree in Electrical Engineering.
6. MMUP (Ministry of Municipality in Urban Planning) Licence is a must.
7. Preferably residing in Qatar.

Senior Architect

1. Preferred nationality is Lebanese or Western.
2. Transferable visa with NOC is a must.
3. Experience should be 15 years and above.
4. Preferably with Palace construction experience.
5. Possessing Degree in Architectural.
6. MMUP (Ministry of Municipality in Urban Planning) Licence is a must.
7. Preferably residing in Qatar.

Sernior Interior Designer

1. Preferred nationality is Lebanese or Western.
2. Transferable visa with NOC is a must.
3. Experience should be 15 years and above.
4. Preferably with Palace construction experience.
5. Possessing Degree in Interior Design.
6. MMUP (Ministry of Municipality in Urban Planning) Licence is a must.
7. Preferably residing in Qatar.

Agreeing project objectives • Representing the contractors’ interests and benefits • Negotiating contracts with architects, vendors, contractors and other workers • Securing of building permits and licenses and delivery of materials and equipment to construction sites • Conferring with supervisors or other managers to monitor construction progress, including worker productivity and compliance with building and safety codes • Providing advice on the management of projects • Organizing the various professional people working on a project • Carrying out risk assessment • Making sure that all the aims of the project are met • Making sure the quality standards are met • Using IT systems to keep track of people, assets and progress • Recruiting specialists and sub-contractors • Monitoring sub-contractors to ensure guidelines are maintained • Overseeing the accounting, costing and billing • Overseeing the overall project planning in terms of time, budget and cost • Making sure that all personnel is aware of safety measures and Controlling its implementation on site Industry Type : Construction / Civil Engineering Functional Area : Other Desired Candidate Profile • Having a degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture • Must have at least 15 years of experience • Relevant experience in the GCC with contractors and in palaces construction • Must have NOC • MMUP registered candidates will be prioritized • Organizational skills • Analytical skills • Well-developed interpersonal skills • Numeracy skills • Commercial awareness • Communication skills • Team working skills • Diplomacy • Ability to motivate people • Management and leadership skills
