somebody said above if we go to police the case will transfer to the court and taking long time about a year also spend money to hiyer lowyer qr 100000 so i am not able to spend that amount sir.

blueshift is absolutely right in his comment. If your friend is from your home country or your city back home, you can just threaten him verbally you will get even with him whenever he returns home. There is nothing much more than that you can do.

Your only hope of getting your money back is to convince your friend that not repaying you is unacceptable.
