Hi everyone

I am shreyansh jain from india. I got a job in Qatar and will be coming in july 2016. Can anyone tell which area in Doha most of Indians reside

My office is in New Salata, so I am planning either to take home in New salata or Al Sadd. Can I get shared accomadation in 1500 to 1800 QAR in these places?

Thnx every1 for guiding me. y I asked this question is I have live in shared accomadation so just checking whr I can go because if I check in this site every sharing accomadation people have there preferences of living with thr county people.

A wrong question. You should have asked about the ares where Indians don't live. Here Indian population is more than locals.

Although you have not yet landed here, you have begun thinking of living in your "own world." What's wrong in living with other communities or nationalities? The place I live in has nobody from my country living anywhere near. Doha is a multinational, multicultural city where people mingle freely and coexist happily. You will get to learn that gradually after your arrival.

I would recommend you to check out Ezdans (Wukhair) . These are compounds with lots of facilities and great if you are coming along with a family. You will also find many Indian families here, from north as well as the south area.
