Licensing and Registration for first aid unit & its practitioner

Good day!
I've completed my dataflow and passed qatar prometric exam. I was locally hired here as a site nurse. Their healthcare facility (first aid unit) is not yet licensed / registered in MOPH so that's why I am also not yet registered in QCHP because one of their registration requirements is to have a licensed health care facility. All of my documents are ready except for ILS training. My visa is on process and was submitted just today. Any advise from site nurses / experts? and also do i need to apply for QCHP evaluation even if i have completed my dataflow? thanks!
I went to SCH today to inquire regarding the procedure for licensing the first aid unit. They just told me to ask my company to process it and that I should send someone who knows how to deal with government agencies and official documents. lol
I also inquired regarding the licensing of a practitioner if the first aid unit is not yet licensed. The lady I talked to told me that the first aid unit must at least pass the initial site visit. Once the site is approved, a username and password for the qchp site is issued for the company so that it can start the licensing of its staff.

I am just waiting for my visa transfer and QID. I already talked to our HR manager yesterday regarding this procedures and he said they will be handling it with the help of our PRO.
Good day, We have the same situation. I've just been hired as a company nurse which does not have license for their first aid unit yet. I think the first aid unit should be licensed first before we can start with our own licenses. Regarding the QCHP evaluation, it's mandatory to go through the evaluation phase before we can start with the licensing phase. There is an option in the evaluation phase where you can attach your Dataflow verification results and Prometric exam results. Maybe that would make the evaluation faster.
-I have not started the process yet, since I'm still waiting for my sponsorship transfer. I hope an expert or someone with experience regarding this will help us regarding the process. TIA
It will be nice to wait for your visa process, then slowly follow the licensing / registering function ..........
