Exit permit request

Hi all,
i was entered qatar with work visa then i refuse to work due to some reason. I stayed not more than a month using company visa.. without contract and medical.
My question is Do i have to request exit permit to my sponsor or i can leave the country without that document..
Jayrol, This path is very tough. You try hard to meet some body with previous experience on how to get out of this situation ......... It's totally wrong for the guy if he speaks like that ........ you please get info from very old colleagues who may tell you some secret tactics for your benefit ......... My wishes are with you , dear ........ hope you succeed ..........

Jayrol, Sometimes junior employees are afraid of their seniors ........ so better you approach the key person the most senior manager plus have an open talk with the HR manager .... .......... your case will be resolved once you put some pressure ........ It's the middle management which harass because senior management just come for drinking ......... coffee ...

But surely the rights of the worker are paramount and the labour court will help you and punish the company
If your company doesn't give you an exit permit, go to your embassy!

I already informed them that I will leave the country and refuse to continue my job..they want me to pay the expenses before they provide the exit permit.
I was hired here in Doha not in the Phil.do I have to pay it? Because it was written that i am on the probationary period..so I can refuse if I found something wrong.
