We are looking for an Agricultural Foreman (Construction) minimum 5yrs experience with  valid QATAR Driving license. . Salary scale will advise as per the experience.

 Job Responsibilities :

• ·         To coordinate and supervise the tasks done by the team working under them.
• ·         To assure that the tasks entrusted to personnel are executed in the planned times.
• ·         To coordinate and control the internal logistics of agricultural operations.
• ·         Control the processes of operations and maintenance, assuring that they are done under the quality standards.
• ·         Report to the site engineers about any obstacles in the sites.
• ·         Maintain the machinery in good condition on daily basis.
• ·         Create a possible atmosphere at the work place and boost the workers moral and performance.
• ·         Request materials needed ahead of time in order to have continuous performance and prevent idle time.
• ·         Report the quantities of work done on daily basis to the site engineer for evaluation of performance and keeping records for the cost controller.
• ·         Maintain daily timesheets for the labor force.
