procedure to fill a case against Vodafone

Vodafone has been deducting my amount with out my permission and they are telling me i have subscribed i told them and given the proofs of not subscribing but they are just not refunding.they have no proper service and worst customer care i want to file a csae against them for doing fraud against their customer please do advice for the procedure

I was working in VF marketing & sales and left the job becoz of same reason. Very poor service, no network, customer service is directly linked to India with unprofessional staff. My customers were yelling at me. I will never even bother to find a parking in front of vodafone outlet.
Maybe the customer care agents are all paid by Ooreedoo to let Vodafone appear in a bad light and make customers switch the service provider?
i too had the same problem, where the customer service told me that they will refund the money what they deducted. They also told me i had subscribed to it therefore the amount was deducted.
When i emailed the customer care an unprofessional customer care agent replied to my email saying "go and take the money from the customer service agent who told you that they will refund the money".
They are so rude and looting customers, i never got a refund from them. Vodafone gives the worst service here.
