Sometimes Truth hurt, that makes you stronger to succeed. this guy will work in the bank, but he needs to find the way himself and not ask for advice in the forum. No bankers do that, even newbs!

they don't hire newbbies here, every bank is looking for experience, so that when they bring you in, you are expected to perform and deliver. Newb bank jobs will only go to locals. This is the real life version of the banking industry here. If you are new, apply for Graduate Programs outside Qatar...if you don't qualify, then tough luck, you are not fit for banking. Its not like you graduate and bank will give you a job, even if you have the minimum score to qualify for the graduate programs, you are competing with nationals and also the others who may be better than you. So better be realistic!

The best way is to check the ban's websites for vacacies. Also, search bona fide jobsearch sites. You should also post on QL Jobs.
