Rain and cloudy skies to continue today
Last night certain areas in and around Doha received some rain, and according to forecasters unstable weather is to continue today until evening.
The Qatar Meteorology Department tweeted about it in its official twitter account, saying that scattered rain and cloudy skies is expected in the country today.

The Met Department further explains that temperature shall drop on today as a result of the expected rains.
The relative drop in temperatures is expected to continue on Wednesday and Thursday (23-24 March 2016) as the country will be affected by moderate to fresh northwesterly winds becoming strong over some areas with sea warnings for high waves and strong winds
Furthermore, the department warned residents to avoid all sorts of sea activities today due to chances of offshore thunder cells in the next few hours.
