I was supposed to buy a 2nd hand car from some one whom was introuduced to me by one of my frient one day night he brought his car to see at night I could not see the car well so I gave him a cash advance, this friday noon I went to see his car I surprised the car's four locks handle were broken and the auto windows not opening except one window so intend not to buy that car and can't expent more money for that I asked the car's owner to return my money back reduceing QR,100 from my cash to that that man is telling I will not give your money back whatever you do , he said, is there any legal way to get my money back from him but my friend is eye witness. plz. anyone advise to me or if I go police ?
Record your dealing conversation in your phone and get the solid evidence. Later advise him to returned back your advance payment else he will have to see the police.
The advance amount generally means that you have done the deal and will respect it. In case you dont follow you lose the money.
Seems like its your fault. Car market is not very high these days. You should have wait till next day. I am sure you would not have lost the car.
