Detailed Description:
Manage & maintain inventory of technology assets
Develop & maintain procedural documentation
Assistance & maintenance of LAN, wireless networks.
Creating images and loading of operating system, software and data transfers
Managing backups of data and verifying integrity
Provide users with solutions and technical support for IT related problems
Develop procedures to provide support and maintenance for telephone system, networking system within the office.
Coordinate to the I.T Manager regarding the software upgrading and hardware requirements
Any other duties as requested.
Other reasonable tasks as assigned by supervisor
Creating and managing website is a BIG ADVANTAGE
Educational Requirements / Qualification: Educational Requirements / Qualifications:
Diploma, preferably in IT or equivalent combination of relevant experience and professional training in IT systems support.Further IT/Systems support/administration certifications would be an advantage
Experience:
4 years relevant experience in IT Support, preferably in the oil and gas/energy sector.
Hands-on experience in both network administration and support
1-2 years experience working in Doha, Qatar

Technical background with Microsoft Windows and Cisco
Business and industry knowledge.
Understanding and knowledge of software and hardware applications.
