Description

We are looking for Senior Property Manager 

1.Directly responsible for all property operations including rental billing and collections

2. Responsible for budgeting, forecasting and reconciling all property income and expenses

3. Responsible for staff supervision and support and provide guidance to members of the team

4. Ensure adherence to the operating and capital budget and achieve optimum team performance

5. Serve as single point of contact for property owner or investor

6. Preferablly indians who can communicate in Arabic
