healthcard, newborn vaccination
I gave birth at women's hospital-hamad, i was given this vaccination card and when we asked for an appointment we were told that we (my husband and i) should apply for health card first. Now, some one told us that we can have our baby vaccinated even without healthcard. Is it true? Or if we still have to get healthcard, what are the requirements? Please help, my baby is turning 2 months and she needs to have the her vaccine

if your husbands company is providing you medical insurance for the family, alternatively you can go to any private clinics for the vaccination to be done.
obtaining health card is easy now provided you have all the documents required.
To obtain your Health Card, please visit the nearest government health center.
Copies of your passport, visa, ID, lease contract and Kahramaa or ooredoo bill, two photographs (4cmX3cm) and a fee of QR100.
Children: Valid birth certificate and vaccination card, photo also. for children upto one year vaccination card will do, they dont issue health card.
You can get it easily from your zone's medical centre.
