NRI ACCOUNT HACKERS
Dear All My Doha Qatar Friend (NRI's), I had bad experience with ICICI bank NRI services, Someone hack my account and took 3,68,000.00 Indian Rupees. Since two days we are contacting them but so far no response from them. they need 45 days. during transaction no bank guys call and confirm that the person is authorize to take your money. i didn't receive anything no mail no calls for further transaction. We should aware from now.. keep update of your NRI account, don't depend on bank guys. They just replying to call customer care and customer care u will find every call new operator to explain whole story.... i don't find any positive response. i don't know how bank did transaction immediately. Can someone advise how we will go with such a NRI services, Please take care my friends...
Oops !! Bank transaction without pin ? ICICI is worst is this case. I have SBI NRI, i never enabled to send pin, it does by default. Why not ICICI ?
Enable all kind of security features to you account like OTP for each and every transaction in your account. One of my friend who is working as a Bank Manager had similar situation in his branch and later bank returned the money to customer. File an official complaint
This is shoking. You have to enable all kinds of transaction alerts , both mobile and email to avoid all these kinds of problems. Normally to do any transfer to another account, you have to use data from your debit card.
Once you come to know the reason, it would be good if you can update us as to how the money was transferred or withdrawn.
