Description
1. Composes letters in response to inquiries.
2. Create correspondence, reports and documents as needed.
3. Receives and screens incoming calls and visitors, determines which are priority matters, and alerts the CEO accordingly. Makes referrals to appropriate staff or provides requested information.
4. Maintain hard copy and/or electronic filing system.
5. Attend meetings and take, type and distribute meeting minutes.
