To-dos if you plan a change of sponsorship
Are you planning to change your place of work? If the answer is a ‘Yes’, then here are a few steps that you must know about in order to transfer your Sponsorship and Residence Permit.
Before we have a look at the procedure, one must keep in mind that the sponsored person should have completed 2 years inside the country with the same sponsor.
Step 1: After you have found the new job which suits you, you must obtain a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from your old sponsor company. This step is important since your old employer must give approval for transferring sponsorship to proceed.
Step 2: Your old sponsor will have to fill out this form and submit it to the Ministry of Interior’s General Directorate of Border Passports and Expatriates Affairs, along with a copy of the ID of the sponsor, the Computer Card of the current employer’s company, and the No Objection Letter signed & stamped by the current sponsor.
Step 3: After the General Directorate of Border Passports and Expatriates Affairs validates the information, they will return the form and you have to take it to the new sponsor to fill out their information and provide the same documents, viz., Sponsor ID, Commercial Record in addition to the Municipal License of the new sponsor and the form has to be submitted again along with the Passport Copy & Police Record of the applicant. Note that sometimes the applicant is requested to provide Certified Academic Records so it’s always good to have it ready.
Step 4: Once the application is approved by the General Directorate of Border Passports and Expatriates Affairs, you will be notified to submit your passport for cancelling the old Residence Permit and printing a new one with the current sponsor details.
Note: If the transfer of sponsorship request is for a female applicant, the new sponsor company must already have a visa for a female of the same nationality of the applicant. If such a visa is not available, a separate request by the new sponsor company has to be made before any transfer application is submitted.
Hope these steps were helpful to you if you are looking forward to a sponsorship change.

Anyone's feedback or fair share of experience is welcome thank you

Better check with any agency or typist they always have updated procedures. I believe there is no way to transfer from Company to personal and vice versa. Since you got Family Visa, request her company to cancel her RP and bring her back under your sponsorship. May be she need to exit the country.
