The Restaurant Manager has a wide range of duties and responsibilities which include:  Ensure that our high quality standards are maintained at all times and our culinary dishes are served and delivered on schedule.  Ensure the required processes and procedures are in place to maintain a consistent customer experience.  Address all customer related matters in a professional manner including: greeting and serving customers, answering customer calls and emails, dealing with customer complaints, overlook in / out house deliveries, serving customers at the pool lounge and effectively managing supplier and tower management relations.  Identify, manage and train customer facing staff.  Find creative ways to increase sales through marketing and PR campaigns that will attract potential customers in adjacent towers, nearby schools and potential delivery clients in the immediate area.  Lead marketing initiatives to promote the Restaurant through website, radio and social media campaigns, as well as, oversee the design, printing and distribution of all related publicity materials such as restaurant / catering / ready-to-serve menus / take-out pamphlets and menus for special occasions such as weddings, birthdays, anniversaries and display buffets.  Ensure that packaging, menus, website and other in-house print and promotions are brand compliant with the restaurant identity.  Represent and act as an ambassador for Justincase in different company functions as well as supporting new openings and special missions.  Effectively manage the delivery vehicles fleet and resources needed to support our delivery operations. This also includes the creation of processes involving the maintenance of the vehicles and tracking of registration / insurance renewals.
