GETTING NOC BACK AFTER CONTRACT PERIOD
Dears..I joined my company by giving noc. Now My contract period has finished. So I resigned my job. Initially company verbally approved my request for noc. so I searched for job and I got the offer letter also from another company. But once I got another job, now my company refused to give me noc. They are cancelling my visa now without giving noc. I just want to know Whether I am eligible to get my noc back by law..??? Anybody experienced the same case earlier?? Please advise...
Naaru: Wild Turkey and Britexpat are right. There is nothing that you can do through law to make them give you NOC. It is totally up to your company's discretion now.

Dear Wild turkey...I afraid to disclose my company name. I am just finishing my notice period of 1 month now. Sometimes they will do harms to me in this period.Once I finish, definitely I will disclose the name if they still refuse to give the noc. I am keep on trying for that.now 10 days remaining...
unfortunately you are at their mercy. Talk to them again. if not , name and shame them here
