Those who do tuitions or look after children or run cupcake businesses from their homes with out proper registration (which none of these mentioned can or do have) and neither do they have proper liability insurance nor do their landlords give permission (for liability reasons). You get what you pay for and you pay for what you do illegally.
At the very least, You need a local sponsor, deposit with the government, and a separate building operation. Otherwise, you are operating illegally and will be treated accordingly if someone gets sick or complains
I'm under family sponsorship, have no mndoob. I've searched Google a lot but there's not much clear information on this topic.. can anyone guide me to a website or who to contact for this matter? Thank you
You will need to get help from professionals in this field. There were some posts earlier on this by people who do this job but unfortunately I do not have their details as of now. Try to search through Google or take the assistance of your Mnadoob. As I understand, you may need to have a Qatari partner for setting up a business here.
It is absolutely illegal to start any private business at home. It is absolutely essential for a person to get hold of legal documents to start a business in Qatar. A Commercial Registration is one such document.
