Bangladeshi Migration Project
Hello,
Our names are Makenzy Bennett, Naomi Schroeter, Piper Gazeley, and Ellica Spjut, and we are students at the University of Puget Sound, in Tacoma Washington, United States of America. We are hoping to get in touch with some migrants for a project on migration in the Gulf States we are conducting in our Anthropology class. The goal of this project is to provide possible Bangladeshi migrants with accurate information about the migration process, outcomes, and challenges they may face in the Gulf States. The project consists of creating migration briefs which are concise explanations of the outcomes, processes, and costs of the migration process. In these briefs, we hope to include stories from migrant workers, and we believe that you may be able to help.
We would be grateful if you could put us in contact with anyone who has connections to migrant workers and is willing to share their stories- that may be migrants themselves, friends, or family.
Thanks for taking the time to read this and we are looking forward to talking to you soon.
