Good Day, I am applying for the current vacancy of Purchasing Officer .I attached my curriculum vitae to further detail my professional experience and skills.
Currently, I have been working as a purchasing coordinator for 7 years in an Oil field, Construction Supply and Logistic Company in Qatar. I am responsible and involved in purchasing of all products that we supply for our clients. As a purchaser I have developed both my negotiation and decision skills that help my company to become one of the most reliable companies in Qatar. Because of this I have the trust of my superiors to decide on which product to purchase with the right price and the right deal. I understand that the procurement process which I am into right now could be different; but I believe, that procedures are meant to be learnt and understood, what is important is the core skills that I already possess as a purchaser. But rest assured that I am a fast learner and can understand things quickly as proven with my past experiences.
Furthermore, I have a valid Qatar driving license, and having a transferrable visa with NOC. I can be given a notice period of 1 month for joining, upon resignation with my current employer. I hope that you can consider me for the said position.
