Goat sacrifice during Eid Ul Adda

I am staying in villa with separate compound, Can i sacrifice goat in my compound. Is their any baladiya or municipality permit required or is it illegal to do in compound. Please needed your suggestion.

why did you choose a goat to sacrifice? why not try yourself to sacrifice by not sacrificing a goat. try chicken or beef.
