OOREDOO's VERY BAD SERVICE

Dear ALL this is to bring to your notice the WORST SERVICE OOREDO is giving to MOZAIC customers. If you have any problem with their interner service they will pay with you like FOOT BALL.

Any one of you, if you know any TOP person is OOreddo please inform them.

Inside rumour is that OOredoo doenst pay their sub contractors properly. Thats why they make the customers to suffer and compain like this .

Same here.. I have been waiting for OOREDOO Tech Support to call me to fix a wifi password issue for the past 3 months I have called Customer service numerous times Every time they say Tech Support will call me soon.

If you go to a so called Ooredoo shop there will be a customer queue of about 100 and even if you make a call you will have to wait for at least 20 minutes. Main reason I think is they are under staffed. Bad management.
