Temporary employment visa, need to go back
I am on temporary employment visa in probation period. I want to finish here and return back because of some problem in india. Please say what I do and my Company paid my ticket to come and join so do i pay them for that or what.
My medical not done yet so should i return before getting that done or finish this month and go.
please comment, i need help
when you are on tourist or business visa, the immigration will treat you like a tourist. otherwise, the above condition will apply.
temporary employment visa = entry work visa under company sponsorship? yes, let's say you will be allowed to leave within probationary period, basically you are under company sponsorship, so the company has to issue exit permit otherwise the immigration will not allow you to leave.
