Urgent Advise Needed:Work Visa Cancelled and coming back on tourist visa?
I joined in a private company as an Engineer Last August. They gave me termination letter since the company was going under loss. Now they are not even giving me NOC. Above that they just cancelled my work visa after its expiry 2 days back. Now i have my wife and kid here. She and baby is under her company sponsorship ( Government company ). Can I come back on tourist visa under her. Also, if i go tomorrow, after In how many days/weeks Can i come back on this tourist visa?. Can she apply now itself before i leave Qatar since company already cancelled my visa so that i can come after few days itself.? Please help. My residence here is illegel now and i dont know how many days i can stay here since its already 4 days since they have cancelled my visa. :(
I'm curious - who is this someone who will help "remove" the two year ban.

You have to leave the country within seven days from the day of cancellation. Do not worry if your wife can sponsor you to bring here back with family visit. But you cant come for tourist visit and company visit . I had same experience in 2013. I came back here on family visit visa of bro. I heard someone will help to remove 2 years ban also. 100% sure you can come back next day after exit on family visit.

you have to leave the country within 7 days after the cancellation of the visa otherwise you will need to get an exit permit from the company and penalty will be 10QR each day.
you can come on a visit visa under your wife and do not need any NOC. she can apply visa for you next day after your departure and once it is approved you can enter.
