HI , my husband works Qatar 8yrs. Unfortunately this yr tht company was closed. That means they change sponsorship. Now that company start new sponsor and they give him to the job but after 2 months one of the manager told him here having problem about your job so then my husband asked "if I have any problem am I go and ask the HR" and manager told him they can't pay your salary and you go and find another job.they didn't transfer husband visa and at last he went to the HR and askd them they told him "we couldn't pay your salary, end of this month find another one" so I don't know what we want to do. Then he starts to find a job but till no one calls for interview also. Now we have no more days to find a job they told this last moment. Now we are in critical situation. We have no family visa I came here visit visa every year. Please tell us what we want to do?

This is not an issue of Human rights, The company is unable to sustain it's business & thus not paying salaries..

You should obtain the NOC & Fly back home ..

This would be the best thing to do as of now ..

As others said above, when you suddenly lose your job in Qatar the first thing to do is get ready to go home. In the meantime, you can try to find another job or speak to friends or go to the Human Rights department. But the first thing is to start preparing your departure.

Staying here every extra day with no income is going to be a costly affair. You will also be under mental tension each day with no jobs coming down to you. Agree, with what brit has said. Try to get NOC from the sponsor and return home. Then, try again to get a job here form there.

I would like to help if I could. Sadly this is the reality of life here. You could go to human rights but I don't whether they would help.

The only option may be to go home and apply again. The main thing is to ask the current employer for an NOC
